    There is nothing to not recommend about Amy and Mineral Grove Realty. The house we listed was “difficult” to say the least. The first deal took months before it finally fell through…but Amy was there through it all. Then I spent thousands on a remodel to get it up for sale again which took sometime to complete…and Amy was there through it all offering support and guidance. Then we listed it for sale again and ran into title issues…and Amy was there helping at any hour of the day or night to get everything resolved in a timely manner. Next we through in a 1031X to further complicate things but Amy was (as always) just a phone call or text away to help everything “click” into place like a puzzle. Amy closed our house as promised and got us more than asking price. When we met Amy we didn’t just meet a very capable, competent, and helpful Broker, we met a lifelong friend and we consider ourselves blessed to have found her in a sea of Realtors in the D/FW Metroplex. Don’t settle. You have one shot at getting someone to represent you and keep your best interests front and center and trust me, Amy Bernard is that person. She is the standard by which all in her field should be measured. I received nothing for this review. This is my honest opinion of Amy and Mineral Grove Realty.
